Your credit card transactions are secure with The Pink Paw. We utilize a Secure Socket Layering (SSL), which ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information. When the "http" in the address URL changes to "https", this indicates you are now in the SSL secure area. You may experience a pop-up indicating that you are about to enter a secure area.

We are also equipped to accept orders via telephone, however, we sugest ordering online for faster, and most accurrate service. We assure you that ordering online with us is both safe and secure.

If you have any difficulty ordering from our web site or questions about sizing, please contact us. The Pink Paw relies upon the accuracy of your online order information. We are not to be held responsible for customer typographical errors.

Payment Methods

The Pink Paw shopping cart is proudly hosted by PayPal. Accepted forms of payment are MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and PayPal accounts. The Pink Paw is also equipped to accept orders via telephone. We will accept money orders, personal or business checks (made payable to "The Pink Paw LLC"). However, due to substantial banking fees, orders will not begin processing until the check/money order has cleared. Bounced checks will be assessed a $35.00 charge.

Custom Orders

Please note that many of our designs are “custom-made”. This means that the item was created specifically for your pet based on the size information you have provided to us. For this reason, custom orders may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.

Availabilty

The Pink Paw does not keep stock on ALL items available. Many of our items are custom-made. We ask that you please allow approx 2 weeksfor delivery. If in stock, The Pink Paw will ship your order immediately. Other times orders may need to be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, items may take up to approx. 4 weeks to ship.

Shipping Policy

The Pink Paw offers shipping to the US and Canada. The Pink Paw is not liable for any duties or taxes assessed on your shipment. We regret to inform you that The Pink Paw no longer offeres International shipping with the exception of Canada.

Please note that many of our items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. For this reason, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Any items that are currently in-stock will be shipped immediately.

Please understand that The Pink Paw has no control over delivery day or delivery time, once the parcel is turned over to the carrier. We cannot be held liable for any lost or delayed packages.

Return Policy

*Return Policy: The Pink Paw always guarantees your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt for merchandise exchange or store credit. Store Credits will not include the shipping and handling costs. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on the following items: Sale items, Seasonal items, Football Jerseys, Wedding Attire, Custom-Made orders, Strollers, Crates, Playpens, Beds, Treats, or Carriers. Returnable items may be EXCHANGED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please be sure to indicate the reason for return. If another size is required, please indicate the size requested. Please return the unused product in its original packaging with all accompanying materials (instructions, etc.). We suggest that you insure your return package and ask for a tracking number from shipper, as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. Please send all returns to our address indicted below.

The Pink Paw reserves the right to determine if a product is in used or non-saleable condition. Special Value (i.e. sale or clearance items), treats and other perishables are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. Football Jerseys are considered Seasonal items and are non-returnable. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchaser's expense. ("Return shipping" includes reshipment of the new item as well as returning the item to The Pink Paw or Designer.) "Custom" and "Special Order" items cannot be exchanged or returned. Please note details within each item's description. One exchange per item is permitted. Second and subsequent exchanges will incur a $10 charge per item. Order add-ons cannot be accepted and will need to be placed separately.

Order Cancellaton Policy

Should you cancel an order at any time that has started to process in our Shipping Department but has not shipped yet, please note that there is a 10% cancellation fee that will be imposed to the refund back to you. This cancellation fee simply covers the charge that our credit card processing company imposes on us for the reversal of the charge.
